    Team Ocean Kayak's Captain Fil Spencer was asked to be the Marshall and the weighmaster for the annual coastal bend C-Bats fishing tournament. The C-Bats are a group of athletic trainers from the Corpus Christi independent school district. The tournament was put on to raise money for scholarships for their athletic programs. This is an annual event with  inshore and offshore
