Both Vincent and Sam Rinando have over 25 years of volunteer service a piece
to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo benefiting youth
and
education. The Houston Rodeo generates millions of dollars in college
scholarship dollars every year. This year the weather has been dry
and
windy causing very dusty conditions. Good thing Sam and Vincent were
armed with their Ocean Kayak prostaff Buff headwear to keep
out
the dust.
