Synopsis:            This event had great attendance and an excellent venue located on Town Lake near the Mopac overpass..  Attendance was
                          steady throughout the day.  Many college students took the opportunity to try out their favorite kayak.  When the wind did
                          blow, the Ocean Kayak Trident 15 really impressed some people with it's ability to handle windy conditions and how it
                          will hold a true course into the wind.  The Peakaboo kayak was also a crowd favorite.  This wide stable platform with
                          front jump seat appealed to parents as well as people with pets.  Many people commented on how easy this semi tandem
                         kayak was to paddle and maneuver.
